These crunchy and sweet nuts will be the perfect topping for thegrilled peaches and plums.
2 cups pecans
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp groundginger
Preheat oven to 350F.
Toss the pecans with the olive oil, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon and ginger until evenly coated.
Line baking pan with parchment paper. Spread prepared pecans evenly on baking pan.
Bake for 5-7 minutes until aromatic and slightly browned. Nuts will continue to cook after they have been removed from the oven.
