West Ridge Obstetrics and Gynecology Joins UR Medicine

UR Medicine has added West Ridge Obstetrics and Gynecology to its group of OB/GYN practices serving patients in the Rochester region.

The practice, which includes 11 OB/GYN physicians, 3 Nurse Practitioners, and a wide range of clinical and administrative staff, sees patients at two locations: 3101 West Ridge Road/Building D in Greece and 1682 Empire Boulevard in Webster.

The addition of this practice to UR Medicine expands on an existing clinical relationship between UR Medicine’s Strong Memorial Hospital and West Ridge OB/GYN; the practice’s physicians have been providing all their childbirth deliveries at Strong Memorial since January 2022. As a UR Medicine practice, physicians will offer inpatient and outpatient services at the health system’s hospitals.

The addition of West Ridge Obstetrics and Gynecology, effective August 1, significantly expands UR Medicine’s contingent of OB/GYN providers and specialty staff serving the Rochester region. With a growing number of UR Medicine physicians and outpatient clinics to choose from, patients have improved access to specialized OB/GYN services at a location convenient to them throughout Rochester.

In addition to traditional, comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services, West Ridge providers offer fertility care and also include two physicians who are board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology).
