Hannah BrummerThird Year Fellow

Hannah Brummer, M.D.
Hannah was born and raised in Buffalo, NY where she attended the University at Buffalo Honors College and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. She completed her medical education in Buffalo at Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She then moved Boston, MA where she completed her residency in pediatrics at Tufts Medical Center. During her time at Tufts, her main research interest was accurate detection and diagnosis of hypertension. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, skiing, and trying out new recipes.

 

Meghan McLaughlinSecond Year Fellow

Meghan McLaughlin, M.D.

Meghan's home town is Buffalo, NY. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics. She attended medical school at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo and completed pediatric residency at the University of Rochester. Meghan did a chief residency year at URMC before starting her fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology. Her interests include advocacy and medical education. She is an avid Buffalo Bills fan and enjoys spending time with her husband Conrad and dachshund Oswald.

 

jennifer silverstein First Year Fellow

Jennifer Silverstein, D.O.

Jenn was born and raised in Rochester, NY. She completed her undergraduate degree at the Cornell University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology Health and Society with a minor in Global Health. She attended medical school at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She returned to Rochester to complete pediatric residency and chief year at the University of Rochester – Golisano Children’s Hospital prior to starting her fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology. Her professional interests include acute kidney injury prevention and management. Outside of medicine, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband and son and visiting National Parks.
