Interpreter Services

High quality and compassionate health care depends on clear and thorough communication. At Highland, we believe that patients and their loved ones have the right to be able to communicate easily with members of their medical care team. We provide free access to several types of interpreter services for deaf, hard-of-hearing, and non-English speaking patients and family members.

CyraCom Blue Interpreter Phones

CyraCom Blue PhonesInterpreter services for more than 160 languages are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by CyraCom phones. CyraCom phones are blue in color and can be found in every department and on every patient unit. Ask a member of our medical staff for assistance.

Face-to-Face Interpreter Services

Contact a nurse or a member of the medical staff. He or she can request interpreter services for American Sign Language, Spanish, and other languages.
