Stay Healthy

4 steps to help keep you healthy, find the care you need, and minimize your risk of long waits or delays.
Consider New Options
If it's something minor, consider virtual care options that can save you a trip and time. If you need an in-person exam, there are Urgent Care locations all over the area, most with evening and weekend hours.
If you are experiencing mental or emotional stress, call our Crisis Call Line at (585) 275-8686 or 988.
Seek Care Early
Even if you have mild symptoms, get care now so your condition doesn’t worsen to the point where the emergency room is your only option.
Get Vaccinated
Get your flu shot, and if you are eligible, your COVID vaccine or booster. The flu is back, and this year’s strain is more likely to result in serious illness.
Visit the ER Only for Emergencies
If it's something that threatens your life or limb, go to the emergency room. If not, call your primary care physician, go to Urgent Care or seek care online.
