If you have an older statement or want to pay in-person, please visit the appropriate Cashier's Office.

How Your Payment is Applied

Your bill may contain charges from more than one UR Medicine provider, or you may have an unpaid bill with one of our hospitals, home care services and/or professional services from the University of Rochester Medical Faculty Group. If that is the case, your payment will be applied to your oldest outstanding balance first.

To direct your payment to a specific bill, please make your payment through MyChart or contact us.
