The URochester Medicine intranet site is the internal website (or portal) that provides internal information and communication to providers, faculty, staff, and students. It gathers all medical center communication and resources in one place, and it serves as a portal to Inter-Department and Department Team SharePoint sites and affiliate intranets.

Outlook Web Mail allows you to access your University of Rochester Medicine mailbox, calendar and contacts when you log in with your University of Rochester Medicine email address and Duo authentication.

myURHR allows you to access payroll, benefits, and recruiting information, and time reporting.

When working from home, or other non-URochester Medicine locations, a Virtual Private Network (VPN) is required to access our systems. Access to URochester Medicine VPN, systems and applications requires a URochester Medicine account and Duo two-factor authentication.

The directory allows you to search all University of Rochester faculty and staff to find email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact information.
