Role of Redundancy of Transcription Factors in Chemoresistance of Neuroblastoma
The Schor lab is examining the role of redundant expression of families of oncogenic transcription factors in chemoresistance of neuroblastoma cells. Oncogenic transcription factors, including N-myc and Six1, have been demonstrated to contribute to the invasiveness and chemoresistance of tumors of many tissue types.
