  • Center for Children's Health Research—We perform clinical trials to improve the health of children in Rochester, the nation and the world.

  • State-of-the-Art Dialysis for Small Infants—The Cardio-Renal Pediatric Dialysis Emergency Machine (CARPEDIEM™) is a new continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) designed specifically for small infants with acute kidney injury or kidney failure requiring dialysis. With 3 CARPEDIEM’s, Golisano Children’s is only the second hospital in the country to be trained and proficient in treating patients with the device.

  • Ambulances—Neonates and critically ill children from throughout the region are now transported to Rochester in state-of-the-art ambulances designed just for their needs; providing faster transport with the aid of high-tech equipment geared for the smallest patients.

We're Here to Transform Lives

Marquan Henderson was diagnosed with post-COVID Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS-C), was intubated and placed on life support. After a miraculous recovery, he told his doctors to use everything they learned from him to help care for other children. He said, “God made it so that I had to go through this to be able to help other families.”
