The Golisano Children's Pediatric Mobile Clinic is on the the road to improve access to health care for children and teens in Rochester. Our state-of-the-art mobile clinic is bringing exceptional pediatric services directly to our patients. This clinic provides initial services, connecting children to primary care doctors throughout the community, ensuring every child has a foundation for lifelong health.

To deliver compassionate and fair health care to youth and young adults by meeting them in places they trust, keeping their care private, removing obstacles, and making sure they get the help they need to grow and be healthy.

Built by the Community for the Community
We have partnered with healthcare providers, community leaders, and organizations serving youth and families to better understand community needs, identify gaps in care, and ensure services are responsive, equitable, and community-informed.
We have brought together a Caregiver and Youth Advisory Board (CYAB), which plays a critical role in shaping and informing mobile unit decisions from design and outreach strategies to service delivery and implementation to ensure the work reflects the real needs and perspectives of youth, families, and the community.
- Travels to communities within the City of Rochester and meets children where they live. We travel to schools, community centers, shelters, and youth serving organizations.
- Provides mobile pediatric primary care services (well-child checks, vaccines)
- Connects families with existing pediatricians or finds new practices close to home and helps build a pathway to lifelong health
- Listens to kids and families to make sure they are getting what they need
- Ensures that all kids and teens up to age 20 can receive health care regardless of their insurance status
- Connects children and families with a medical home in a close-by location to make sure they are supported and care is ongoing
