The fifth annual “And the Beat Goes On” benefit dinner will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 19, at the Burgundy Basin Inn.

All proceeds go to support the not-for-profit Harbor House of Rochester, which provides temporary lodging for patients and their families during health emergencies and periods of long-term care as they receive treatment through the University of Rochester Medical Center’s Program in Heart Failure and Transplantation, the Division of Solid Organ Transplantation, and other critical care programs.

Harbor House opened last year at 89 Rossiter Road, just two blocks from URMC. The property, furniture and household items were donated by the Jennifer Linscott Tietgen Family Foundation, with renovations completed with the generous help of FSI General Contractors and numerous other local businesses.

Tickets for “And the Beat Goes On” are $40 per person. For more information or to purchase tickets, please call (585) 473-1779 or www.harborhouseofrochester.org.
