Professional Background
He is particularly interested in the use of technology to enhance practice efficiency and the quality of patient care, and the dynamics of medical group practice and physician behavior. In his role, he is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing use of TouchWorks at URMC, and promoting the use of information technology in the ambulatory clinical setting. Dr. Cohen serves as a faculty member for TouchWorks project team training and advanced note for clinicians. He also maintains a part-time practice at Southview Internal Medicine.
