Allison Stiles, PhD is an assistant professor and licensed clinical child psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry at UR Medicine. Dr. Stiles is Co-Director of UR-Supporting Our Students (UR-SOS) Technical Assistance Center at UR Medicine’s Golisano Children’s Hospital, developing and disseminating evidence-based consultation, training, and clinical care to enhance school districts’ capacity to support youth behavioral health across the Finger Lakes Region. She also leads Connecting For Kids (C4K), an innovative framework for strengthening connections between critical youth-serving systems, including primary care, behavioral health, schools, and families, to improve youth mental health outcomes. Dr. Stiles’ clinical and scholarly work focuses on enhancing equitable access to high quality mental health services via community-partnered, culturally adapted, and integrated behavioral healthcare approaches. Dr. Stiles has expertise in treating a wide range of child and adolescent mental health challenges and has specialty training as a National Trainer of Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS) and in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), culturally adapted TF-CBT for Black youth and families (TF-CBT + Racial Socialization), SPACE, and Bounce Back.
