Lauren Halladay, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and Assistant Professor of Neuroscience (primary) and Pediatrics (secondary). She leads the standardized assessment training program within the Golisano Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Center’s (IDDRC) Human Phenotyping and Recruitment (HPR) core. In her current role, she provides high-quality phenotyping and clinical assessment services, along with comprehensive resources for research design consultation, subject recruitment, and investigator training. Within the Cognitive Neurophysiology Lab (CNL), she serves as a site clinician who provides consultation for psychiatric and trauma-related risk assessment and intervention. In Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, she conducts diagnostic evaluations of children suspected of having autism spectrum disorder, and makes recommendations for intervention. Broadly, she is passionate about advocacy, fostering independence, and promoting wellness within the disability community.
