Dr. Pasternack is a Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine. He attended medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentristy and graduated as a surgery resident. Dr. Pasternack also graduated with a PhD and Masters in Mathematics from Princeton University.

Dr. Pasternack has a love for teaching medical students and residents whether it is through simulation, cadaver labs, casting and splinting, or while working clinically.
