As the former Director of Gynecologic Oncology and Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology for the University of Rochester Medical Center, I strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for my patients.

The field of gynecologic oncology attracted me because it encompasses both surgical and medical aspects of cancer care. It is a challenging and unique field, but is also especially rewarding.

I have expertise in robotic surgery, as well as in treating endometrial cancers and gestational trophoblastic neoplasms. My patients can be confident knowing that I will spare no effort in providing the best care for their condition.

Dr. DuBeshter is the former Director of Gynecologic Oncology and Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology for the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. DuBeshter earned his undergraduate degree with honors and distinction in research from Franklin & Marshall College and his medical degree from the University of Virginia. He completed his residency in obstetrics & gynecology and a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Brigham & Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School.

Dr. DuBeshter has contributed to numerous journal, abstracts, and books, including the chapter on gynecologic cancer in the textbook Clinical Oncology: A Multidisciplinary Approach. He is also the co-developer of IntelliDose software, a computer programs used internationally with over 100 domestic sites that safeguards patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

Dr. DuBeshter is certified by the American Boards of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology. He is a member of the International Gynecologic Cancer Society and the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, as well as the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He currently serves on the Clinical Practice and Finance Committee of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists and is a reviewer for Obstetrics & Gynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, and the International Journal of Gynecologic Cancer.
