Dr. Leisha Cuddihy is a licensed clinical psychologist board certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. Her academic interests include training providers in cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia and other behavioral sleep medicine interventions. She serves as Director at Large on the Executive Board of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. Her clinical interests include non-pharmacological treatment of sleep disorders including (but not limited to): insomnia, intolerance of sleep apnea treatments, circadian rhythm dysregulation, and disorders of excessive sleepiness. Treatment modalities include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based therapies.
