Research

Peggy Auinger, MS has extensive knowledge of statistical methodology, including and not limited to:
*Appropriate analyses for complex sample surveys
*Bivariate analyses including chi-square, t-tests, ANOVA, correlations
*Multivariate analyses including linear and logistic regressions, scale reliability.

Peggy's primary research interests are: Development of Research Projects and study design. Her expertise in statistical and programming software, includes and is not limited to: SAS, SUDAAN, SPSS, Epi Info, Microsoft Fox Pro, Microsoft Access

Peggy's extensive experience using national surveys, includes and is not limited to:
National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), National Health Interview Survey (NHIS), National Longitudinal Survey of Youth (NLSY), Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS), Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS), National Longitudinal Survey of Adolescent Health (Add Health), National Education Longitudinal Study of 1988 (NELS88), National Hospital Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NHAMCS), Census data

GIS mapping to geographically display local health data using mapping software includes: ArcView GIS, Atlas GIS, and the Health Information Retrieval System (HIRS) interfaced with Epi Map.
