Dr. Thein is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Highland Family Medicine and Geriatric & Medicine Associates.

She serves as a preceptor for PGY1 Pharmacy residents at Highland Hospital, PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy residents, and APPE students from St. John Fisher College Wegmans School of Pharmacy.

Dr. Thein's professional interests include comprehensive medication management with a focus on polypharmacy. She serves as a Clinical Assistant of Family Medicine in the URMC Family Medicine Residency Program, in which she provides didactic teaching and serves as primary preceptor in the medication management elective rotation.
