Jennifer Dykeman is a Genetic Counselor at the University of Rochester in the Division of Clinical Genetics since June 2023. She is focused on working with adult patients regarding cardiomyopathies, dyslipidemias, connective tissue disorders, intellectual disability, and more.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biobehavioral Health from The Pennsylvania State University in May 2019 and her Master of Medical Science degree in Human Genetics and Genetic Counseling from Emory University in May 2023.

In her graduate studies, Jennifer completed a Capstone project exploring the educational and emotional support needs of adult siblings of individuals with genetic conditions. The findings from this research will be a poster presentation at the National Society of Genetic Counselors annual conference...
In her graduate studies, Jennifer completed a Capstone project exploring the educational and emotional support needs of adult siblings of individuals with genetic conditions. The findings from this research will be a poster presentation at the National Society of Genetic Counselors annual conference in Fall 2023. She is also submitting the manuscript in hopes of journal publication.
