Recognizing Our Star Employees

If you wish to recognize an employee for their outstanding behaviors, please take a moment to recognize them as a Highland Star. Highland Stars is an employee recognition program designed to let hospital leadership acknowledge and congratulate staff members in a meaningful way.

There are two easy ways to nominate someone for a Highland Star.

• You can populate the online form below and it will go directly to our central office.
• Highland Stars cards are readily available throughout the hospital. You can find them in the lobby, cafeteria and on the desks of every unit. Or you can ask any staff person for a Highland Stars card and they will happily provide you with one. We need the first and last name of the staff person you are nominating along with a short statement describing what they did for you and why it was meaningful.

We thank you in advance for taking the time to recognize those staff members whose personal efforts have given you unexpected hope and comfort. Their actions will continue to inspire other staff members to achieve new levels in their pledge to the ICARE behaviors.
