Part I: Acquisition of Simulation Debriefing Knowledge Base

• 8 one hour long online guided modules
• 4 articles
• 5 guided group sessions with audio-visual and role-playing
• Obtain certification from The Debriefing Academy

Total time commitment: ~19  hours over 10 weeks

Part II: Application of Simulation Debriefing Knowledge Base

• Staged entry into solo-debriefing
• Ongoing feedback and coaching given at least yearly after completion of course
• Time commitment dependent on individual
• Use of validated tools and expert feedback to determine completion

Total time commitment: At least 4 hours prior to independent debriefing
