Division Chief of Pediatric Nephrology will:

- One of only three sites nationwide selected by CDC to help evaluate new vaccines and set timetable for future vaccines.
- Nearly every drug available to treat AIDS has been tested in Rochester.
- Conducted research that laid the groundwork for radiation treatment of human cancers, which is now used in more than 80 percent of cancer cases
- One of first 12 to receive a $40 million Clinical Transitional Science Award from NIH
