Optimizing performance through an interactive approach that includes four pillars: Performance Training, Nutrition, Sports Psychology and Data Analysis. Specialized programs are built by our professionals to target everyone's individual goals. We are equipped to work with every level of fitness and help you, “Master Your Movement”.

CHAMPP
The Center for Human Athleticism and Musculoskeletal Performance and Prevention (CHAMPP) sets out to address the Health and Wellness issues plaguing Rochester’s community. We have established a data science-driven program to improve the overall “Fitness Literacy” in our young athletes. Our program the data demonstrates our ability to significantly improve physical performance and decrease injury risks. This yields significant potential is minimizing health care costs. Creating an environment where students learn to be accountable for their health and fitness will benefit them for a lifetime.
