UR Medicine Fitness Science is here to help you move better, feel stronger, and live with more energy every day. Our programs are built for long term health.

To start, you will complete an initial evaluation that will assess your current fitness levels and review the basic movement patterns that will be used in your program. The results of this evaluation, combined with your history and goals, will help us create your movement profile and personalized program.

Allows you to work directly with an exercise specialist from start to finish. 1:1 programs are purchased in the form of session packages. With these packages, you purchase a specific number of sessions and can schedule them as you please.


Book a 1:1 Training Session

Semi-Formal

Allows you to follow your own personalized program in an open gym setting, with coaches working on the floor to provide help/guidance when needed. This format ensures that you get the support you need while working at your own pace and focusing on your unique goals. Semi-formal programs are purchased in the form of monthly subscriptions. Subscriptions provide a set of number of sessions per month to keep you on track with your program.

You will develop foundational movements and advanced techniques. In addition, you will learn mobility and stability exercises to prevent injuries

Plyometrics will increase reactive speed and agility, develop explosive power, and help you learn control and resiliency.

Performance Training

Strength Training

You will build muscle through resistance training and reach your maximum strength and stamina potential.

Conditioning

Conditioning 

The plyometric and explosive elastic movements we teach could be the most beneficial training for performance and injury prevention.

Tracking your Progress

Throughout your session, we will record your progress by documenting your personal metrics.
