UR Medicine Fitness Science offers a diverse selection of training for athletes who play competitive sports. From youth to professional, we can help you improve your overall sports performance.   


All programs start with an initial evaluation that includes a movement and performance assessment


The results of this evaluation, combined with injury history and goals, helps us to create a movement profile and personalized program.  


From there, we have a few formats for how we deliver training programs. 


1:1 Training

 

Individual attention from one of our coaches from start to finish. 1:1 programs are purchased in the form of session packages. With these packages, you purchase a specific number of sessions and can schedule them as you please. Semi-Formal Training

 

In our semi-formal workout sessions, each athlete follows their own plan while having guidance from one of our coaches when needed. This format ensures that you get the support you need while working at your own pace and focusing on your unique goals. Semi-formal programs are purchased in the form of monthly "subscriptions". Subscriptions provide a set number of sessions per month to keep you on track with your program.
