Welcome from the President and Chief Executive Officer

Dear URMHC Team and Community,

I am honored to return to UR Medicine Home Care (URMHC) as the interim President and CEO, rejoining this remarkable organization that I had the privilege of leading from 2015 to 2022. My journey in healthcare spans over three decades, during which I have remained steadfast in upholding values that I hold dear: integrity, honesty, accountability, caring, collaboration, and communication.

I am passionate about upholding our mission to provide comprehensive, high quality health care at home delivered with compassion and integrity.  I believe we accomplish our mission by always striving to be a leader in our field for innovative services, clinical best practice, workforce excellence and superior outcomes.  Under my leadership we will continue to work toward this vision while we simultaneously seek to maximize operational efficiency and foster a culture of mutual respect and teamwork. 

At URMHC, my aim is not only to enhance operational efficiencies but also to foster mutual respect among all employees, making this organization an even greater place to work.
