The Office of Research IT provides a range of services tailored to the needs of researchers. These include technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, application development for web and mobile platforms, and research database management through REDCap. The team also offers consulting and technology training, aiding faculty, staff, and students in utilizing research tools effectively.

Additionally, the Office of Research IT supports server provisioning and system administration for departmental projects, research data storage solutions with secure backup and disaster recovery, and hardware and software purchasing assistance. ORIT also provides information security services, ensuring HIPAA compliance and assisting with FISMA-related projects. Our comprehensive support facilitates efficient and secure research operations across the institution.
