Payment of Registration Fees Must be Made by One of the Following Methods
- Online Registration: available until May 1. Please note: To register multiple people, you must register each person individually. Thank you!
- Check: To be mailed with the registration form (see details on the registration form).
- Credit Card: available until May 1.
- Onsite: At the registration desk on the day of the conference.
If mailing or faxing your registration, please send it with sufficient time to be received by May 1.
Cancellation
Tuition will be refunded until May 1, minus a $25 cancellation charge.
