We're now accepting walk-ins at two locations: 625 Elmwood Avenue & 228 E Main Street Suite 106. Both locations are open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and are closed from 1-2 p.m. for lunch.

These clinics are first-come, first-served. Mondays & Fridays tend to be the busiest days. To avoid long wait times, we encourage you to call (585) 275-5051 to determine the best time that day. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Children (Up to Age 17)

Emergency services are available on a limited basis at the Pediatric Dentistry Clinic at 625 Elmwood Avenue. This clinic is closed from 12:30-1:30 p.m. for lunch. Hours and availability for emergency services vary.

What does the UR Dental insurance cover?

The basic policy covers a good portion of preventive services such as oral exam, x-rays, emergency treatment and cleanings. It also covers a portion of basic and major restorative work, such as fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, periodontic/gum treatment, dentures, partials and oral surgery. The Medallion policy covers the same services, plus sealants, and a good portion of orthodontics/braces and implants. Insurance for oral medicine varies; questions will be addressed individually.
