  • The federal processor will open their application fully to accept all 2027-2028 FAFSA forms for processing.
• March 2, 2027
  • Deadline for incoming student financial aid applications
• March/April 2027
  • Incoming student financial aid packages sent to students
• April 1, 2027
  • Deadline for continuing student financial aid applications
• Rolling basis starting Mid-May 2027
  • Continuing student financial aid packages sent to students
• June 2027
  • Sign and return 2027-2028 Financial Aid Offer Letters
  • Complete Master Promissory Notes
  • Complete Student Loan Entrance Counseling
• Early July, 2027
  • Financial Aid disbursed to student accounts for Phase 3 and Phase 4 MD students
  • Bursar’s Office processes fall semester living expense refunds within 14 days of disbursement
• Mid-August, 2027
  • Financial Aid disbursed to student accounts for Phase 1 and Phase 2 MD students
  • Bursar’s Office processes fall semester living expense refunds within 14 days of disbursement
• October 1, 2027
  • Earliest date that the federal processor will accept 2027-2028 FAFSA forms for processing

  • Financial Aid disbursed to student accounts for all MD students/all Phases in early January
