Application Materials and General Information

Number of Fellowship Positions

he AIR Division has four fellowship positions in total to fill. These are distributed amongst Allergy/Immunology fellows, Rheumatology fellows, and combined fellows and between first, second and potentially third-year fellows due to the unique opportunity for combined fellowship opportunities. Due to this combined position, in any given academic year, there may not be a first-year fellowship position available in Allergy/Immunology.

Citizenship and Residency Requirements

Applicants must be a United States citizen, a permanent resident, or possess a J1 Visa. The University of Rochester does not sponsor H1B Visas so unfortunately your application cannot be considered.

Application Process

Allergy/Immunology applicants must have graduated from an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency, Med-Peds Residency or Pediatric Residency. The Allergy/Immunology program participates in ERAS for matching. For reference the Allergy/Immunology program ID is 0203511043

Those interested in a combined Allergy/Immunology and Rheumatology fellowship program should see Combined Program for more information.
