Anesthesiology Multidisciplinary Pain Medicine Fellowship
Multidisciplinary Pain Medicine
The ACGME accredited fellowship in Pain Management consists of a 12-month period of training in which the fellow will participate in patient care on both the outpatient and inpatient pain management services. In the last year, patient visits increased by 13% and this is expected to continue to grow. During this time, we also provided 1,290 new patient consults, 5,123 follow-up visits, performed 3,043 procedural interventions and conducted 1,069 behavioral medicine visits.
Our vision for this fellowship is to provide advanced training in multidisciplinary pain management by providing highest quality education in order to improve the quality of life and function in patients with acute and chronic pain. In addition we hope our fellows leave us with a strong foundation for life long scholarship, professional development and personal wellness.
