How to Apply

Applications can be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Applicants will be notified with interviews.

Interview Information

We invite applicants to begin interviewing in March. Applicants will be notified of interviews by email and by Thalamus. Interviews are conducted from March through June.

Interview Day

Our interviews are currently being done virtually by ZOOM. Email invitations are sent to the applicants directly when chosen by the faculty committee.

Directions to the University of Rochester Medical Center

If you want to arrive to the University of Rochester by car please use this easy-to-use portion of the main URMC site

Parking

If you choose to drive, please park in the main Medical Center parking garage as a visitor. When you come to interview, bring the parking ticket with you and we will validate it.

Airport

The University of Rochester Medical Center is a short, 8-minute drive from the Greater Rochester International Airport, which offers service from most major carriers.

If you are leaving the airport turn right; follow I-390 South to Exit 17 (Scottsville Road); left on Scottsville to Elmwood Avenue; turn right onto Elmwood; drive over the bridge and continue on Elmwood. The main entrance to the hospital and parking garage will be on your right.
