"We, the faculty and residents of the University of Rochester Family Medicine Residency, are a group of clinician educators passionate about bringing learning to life through many venues. We value authenticity, humility, joy, and energy in our educational pursuits, and consider ourselves life-long learners at various stages of our professional journeys. Our curriculum is dynamic--it is never stale, but stable, as we build upon decades of collective graduate medical education expertise gleaned from the long history of our program. Each year, we enact changes based on learner feedback and contextual needs. Some changes are big, and some are small tweaks to hone an already thriving initiative.
