Welcome to Discover URSMD Weekend 2026!

The Discover URSMD Weekend gave us a feeling of welcoming environment at University of Rochester. Lodging

Hilton Garden Inn Rochester / University of Rochester Medical Center

• Lodging arrangements for out-of-town guests will be made on your behalf in single rooms.
• Complimentary roundtrip shuttle service is provided between the airport and hotel daily from 7am -7pm on a 30-minute cycle.
• Onsite parking is available free of charge to hotel guests.

Auto Travelers

All visitors should arrive to the Hilton Garden Inn at 30 Celebration Drive, Rochester, NY 14620 for Thursday night's kickoff dinner event at 6pm. Hotel guests should plan to use the provided shuttles for the weekend.
 
For local students who are not staying overnight at the hotel, the Medical Center address is 415 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14642 for Friday and Saturday events. There is a parking lot at this address where Interview Weekend guests can park for free during the event in one of our special event reserved spots. QR code access passes will be provided at Thursday night's dinner event.
