  • "If you're considering applying, do it. Once you get a chance to talk with faculty and students, you'll be excited about the opportunities here."
  • "Work hard on your math courses, but try to get some applied research experience."
  • "My advice is to ask questions. Everyone here is friendly and can always help!"
  • "Talk to as many of the professors as you can. You’ll find someone you’re really able to connect with!"
  • "Probability Theory and Statistical Inference were among the most challenging courses. However, because of that, I started a study group with other people in my cohort. It was during the study group sessions we learned to work together and forged our friendships. My advice is to work with your classmates as much as you can."
  • "This is a great school and a great program. If you have an interest, apply here. The staff and professors are great at answering any questions you have and are very willing to help."
