Overview
The Neurology Supportive and Palliative Care Service at the University of Rochester is committed to serving all people affected by neurologic illness. We are a person centered, multidisciplinary group dedicated to engaging our patients on a medical, spiritual and social level with the goal of ultimately reducing suffering and fostering joy.
We work with your existing care team to tailor interventions for each of our patients to address what is really important to you.
We also recognize that a chronic neurological illness not only affects the patient, but also the patient’s caregivers as well, which is why we feel caregiver support is a critical function of our program.
