Overview
Our physicians are some of the most highly trained Geriatric specialists in the region, and experts at managing the often complex care of older adults. We provide on-site medical care to residents at partner nursing homes, and we make house calls to residents at partner senior living communities in and around the Rochester area.
Services
We collaborate with the staff at senior facilities and other health care providers to offer a comprehensive suite of on-site services such as blood work, x-rays, and physical therapy. If a patient needs to see a specialist, we can provide referrals.
When hospital treatment is needed, our physicians can admit to both Highland Hospital and Strong Memorial Hospital. We admit most of our patients to Highland because it offers the most comprehensive and innovative geriatric services in the region, and it is renowned for compassionate care in a comfortable community hospital environment.
