Our Patient Service Center at 125 Red Creek Drive, Suite 104, will no longer be open to the public. Our Patient Service Center at 400 Red Creek Drive, Suite 100, will be open Monday−Friday, 7 a.m.−5 p.m., with no lunch closure.Labs Patient Service Center Holiday Hours

Overview
Every day, UR Medicine Labs serves thousands of patients from across the U.S. and beyond. It’s the largest medical lab in western New York, performing over 10 million patient tests a year.
UR Medicine Labs is part of the University of Rochester Medical Center—the only academic medical center in the area. As a result, we have the largest range of tests. We also have the area’s top specialists in pathology, so your doctor can rely on their expertise for answers to any questions.
This is a walk-in clinic. We see patients on a first-come, first-served basis. Thank you for trusting us with your care. We appreciate your patience as we provide safe, quality care for our community. Please treat our staff and fellow patients with kindness and respect.
Patient & Visitor Information
Waiting Rooms and e-Check-in
Visitors will notice that we have increased waiting room capacity at our patient service centers. Patients will still be asked to use our self-check-in process using their smartphone, or an iPad provided inside the entrance. After checking in, all visitors will have the option to either wait in the waiting room or wait in their vehicle until they are called in the order that they checked in. If you are unable to check in electronically, staff will assist you.
