Kerri Klajbor is a clinical pharmacist with 20 years of experience in community and ambulatory practice. She currently is the Supervising Pharmacist at Strong Ties Pharmacy. Kerri is a Board Certified Psychiatric Pharmacist (BCPP) and has a Masters in Medical Management. One of her passions is helping people with mental illness quit smoking to improve their health. In 2012, Kerri completed the Tobacco Dependence Treatment Specialist training through the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She has counseled patients individually and in group settings to help them reach their smoking cessation goals.
