Erica Dobson, PharmD, BCPS, currently serves as the Senior Director for Electronic Health Record Applications in the Information Systems Division. In this role, she leads the development and successful implementation of electronic solutions aimed at optimizing healthcare outcomes. Prior to this, Erica held the position of Director of Pharmacy Services at Accountable Health Partners, a clinically integrated network of eight regional hospitals and over 2,000 providers with multiple value-based arrangements. In that capacity, she spearheaded medication use strategies to enhance quality and deliver maximum value from the pharmacy benefit provided to patients.

Erica earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University and completed her PGY1 and PGY2 Infectious Diseases pharmacy residencies at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). Board certified in pharmacotherapy, she began her career at URMC in 2006 as an Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, focusing on managing patients living with HIV/AIDS. Later, as a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist, Erica built and implemented the antimicrobial stewardship platform for the organization.

Throughout her career, Erica has been dedicated to advancing healthcare through technology enablement to improve population health and create efficiencies via automation. She has overseen the integration of embedded clinical pharmacists into primary care practices for comprehensive medication management. Erica's professional interests also include population health management and advancing the integration of clinical pharmacists in the ambulatory care setting.

Active in professional organizations, Erica is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) and served as the past-president of the New York state chapter of ACCP.
