Dr. YeeAnn Chen is a board-certified cardiology pharmacist who currently practices at URMC as an advanced heart failure pharmacist. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she serves as a member of the Anticoagulation Subcommittee and Residency Advisory Committee at URMC. She precepts PGY1 pharmacy residents on research and medication use evaluation projects, and offers an inpatient heart failure rotation for learners.

Dr. Chen earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco. She subsequently completed a PGY1 acute care residency and a PGY2 cardiology residency at the University of Michigan (Michigan Medicine). Prior to moving to Rochester, she practiced as an inpatient cardiology/anticoagulation pharmacist at the University of California, Davis Medical Center.
