Dr. Blair is a graduate of Yale University where he received his MD in Medicine in 1988. He completed his training and residency at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital in 1991 and served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at the U of R from 1991-1992. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and is also a Senior Instructor of Clinical Medicine.
