Stacy Fredrick, PharmD, MBA, BCTXP, earned her doctorate of pharmacy from University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She completed her PGY1 Acute Care and PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant pharmacy residencies at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh PA.

She has practiced as a clinical pharmacy specialist with the abdominal transplant team at the University of Rochester Medical Center's Strong Memorial Hospital since 2020. Her primary practice area is with the inpatient kidney and pancreas transplant team, and she also cross covers for inpatient liver transplant, inpatient heart transplant, and outpatient abdominal transplant clinics. Her clinical interests include immunosuppression optimization, infectious diseases in immunocompromised hosts, and patient education. She is an adjunct faculty member at St. John Fisher University Wegman's School of Pharmacy, where she teaches transplant pharmacotherapy to both in person and distance-pathway learners.
