Professional Background

Donna Kreher, PhD, is a clinical psychologist who specializes in collaborative, integrated care. Dr. Kreher received her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2011, and completed internship on the Child and Adolescent Track at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Kreher continued on at URMC as a postdoctoral fellow in Primary Care and Family Psychology, where she received in-depth training in integrated care and family systems, and earned a post-degree certificate in medical family therapy.

Currently, Dr. Kreher has dual appointments in the departments of Psychiatry and Obstetrics and Gynecology. As a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team at the OBGYN generalist practice at Lattimore Road, she provides consultation, evaluation and ongoing therapeutic support for women coping with pelvic and/or vulvar pain. Additionally, she maintains a small faculty practice in which she works with adolescents and young adults in need of team-based care.
