Jenny Radcliffe, PharmD, BCACP earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Bouve College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University. After graduation, she completed post-graduate training at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy focusing on ambulatory care in internal medicine. Following residency, Jenny began practicing as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at Atrius Health in Massachusetts, where she practiced under a collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM) agreement to initiate, monitor, and adjust drug therapy for diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. In 2017, she moved back to Rochester and began working for Accountable Health Partners and the University of Rochester as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist.

Jenny is a member of ACCP where she acts as a student mentor and will also serve as a preceptor for the PGY2 Ambulatory Care resident at the University of Rochester.

Dr. Radcliffe's professional interests include chronic disease management, deprescribing, and mentoring pharmacy learners.
