Practice Description

Welcome to UR Medicine Primary Care Greece. Our practice has a combination of specialties: Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds). We provide care from infants to the elderly, so we can provide care for your whole family.

Our doctors are board certified and have faculty appointments at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Since we are part of UR Medicine Primary Care, we work closely with the region's top specialists at UR Medicine.

At UR Medicine Primary Care Greece, we understand how important your health is-both to you and to your family members. That's why we take the time to truly get to know you and to understand your health care needs.

This approach helps us do more than simply treat disease. By looking closely at your medical history and lifestyle, for example, we can recommend screening tests that might be important for you and then suggest ways to prevent diseases for which you may have an increased risk.

Our team of physicians and nurses are setting new standards for quality health care service. Whether you're coming to see us for an illness or for a regular checkup, we are working to provide the most advanced care in the most comfortable setting possible. UR Medicine Primary Care - Greece is part of Highland Hospital. Because of that, you may receive two separate bills for your care–one from Highland Hospital and one from your provider.

That is so because Medicare requires us to file two claims with them each time we see a patient. Medicare Part A covers your visit to this hospital facility, and Medicare Part B covers the professional services of the physician/provider who provides your treatment. Therefore, you may receive two separate bills to satisfy your coinsurance payment and deductible responsibilities.

Co-payments should be made at the time of your visit. You can pay with cash, personal check or credit card and you now have the ability to pay your hospital or physician bill online at Online Bill Pay.

You will be billed for any services not covered by your insurance company.

If you have questions regarding your bill, please call the number listed on the bill and the staff will be happy to answer your questions.
