2026 Rochester River Run 5K
The Rochester River Run/Walk 5K—Sunday, April 19 at Genesee Valley Park—is celebrating its 25th year raising funds in support of patients awaiting or recovering from organ transplant surgery at Strong Memorial Hospital. In anticipation of the cold Rochester winter that lies ahead, Friends of Strong is again teaming up with the Emergency Department and Advantage Federal Credit Union to host a winter coat drive to provide a warm coat to patients in need who are awaiting discharge from the hospital.
