Directions to the Surgical Center
Call us Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
On the day of your procedure, park in the parking garage and take the elevator/stairs to Level One (1), then follow the walkway to the main lobby. Alternatively, valet parking is available outside the front entrance of the hospital between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Walk past the information desk in the main lobby towards Lab and Outpatient Services and follow the green (G) ceiling tags to the green elevators. Take these elevators to Basement (B) Level. When you exit the elevator, follow the pink stripe on the wall to the check in area (sign hanging from the ceiling).
Assistance is available at the information desk including wheelchair assistance and/or courtesy cart transportation for patients, families, and visitors. Please call the Information Desk at (585) 275-2182, if needed.
ESWL Procedure (Treatment for Kidney Stones)
If your doctor has ordered an KUB x-ray, you will be instructed where to go for your x-ray prior to arrival at the surgery center. If you do not need an x-ray, go directly to the Strong Surgical Center by taking the green (G) elevators to the Basement (B). When you exit the elevator, follow the pink stripe on the wall to the check in area (sign hanging from the ceiling).
